Participation and maintenance of regular physical activity is recognised as one of the most important health behaviours in preventing the onset or reducing the severity of many chronic diseases. In addition, an active lifestyle helps to increase the quality of life by preserving functional ability and independence across the lifespan. Unfortunately those with the most to gain from exercise are least likely to participate.

Start out with a program of foundation exercises to develop the basis of your mobility and function conditioning with support, guidance and understanding every step of the way. Progress through a variety of training techniques to build up the strength, flexibility and balance required to face daily activites.
